Excellent location. Given a warm and informative welcome on arrival. Room clean, toiletries and drink making equipment in situ. Warm, spacious and quiet room (top floor). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice made to order breakfast from a menu with a variety of choices. Great location in old town too.

I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient.

September short break

We stayed for two nights mid week. Moore House is in the old town high street and has no parking space so had to park in nearby public car park which is only a problem if you have much luggage. Our room, on the top floor was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor in the breakfast/lounge. Breakfast was lovely. Good choice and well presented. Danielle made us very welcome and is an excellent host.

We stayed in at Moore House for two nights and it was lovely. The room was beautiful, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. It is in a good location, with the old High St and George St nearby with nice little shops and places to eat and drink.

I cant recommend this hotel enough! We had an absolutely gorgeous stay, the staff were extremely friendly, everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious and we cant wait to come back.
