This modern four-bedroom home is perfectly located in the heart of the village, offering easy access to the beach, creek, bowling club, and the new shop (opening 2023). While mobile reception in Hat Head can be patchy, the home is equipped with NBN and Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected. The lounge features a smart TV, perfect for keeping family and friends entertained.

The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a rear BBQ area, and an outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Two additional TVs in the bedrooms add to the comfort, while sea breezes and fans in the living area and bedrooms keep the home cool and inviting year-round.

Accommodation includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds and two with single beds. Additionally, the garage features a cozy ‘sleep out’ with a double bed, its own bathroom, and a toilet, offering extra space and privacy.

With ample parking at the front for cars or a boat, and a welcoming space to sit back, relax, and watch the world go by, this home is an ideal holiday retreat for families or groups of friends.

Good property,four adults and a child,it had everything we needed,been doing a week at Hat Head for 20yrs and stayed at numerous houses, chelsea has WiFi,two shrs,two toilets,clean tidy, good location close to beach,club and fancy new shop ,would book again 👍

A rather tired house that needs a good spring clean. Minimum cleaning done. Dust on wardrobe doors, very thick dust at head of beds. Spider webs in garage/bedroom.It had everything we needed, was very convenient. Crockery chipped a bit off putting.It suited a no fuss family holiday, and we enjoyed our time there.
