HOP INN HOTEL, HAT YAI, THAILAND

This is quite a new hotel and been told it is under the management of Hyatt Hotel group ! The hotel takes over the style of many new boutique hotel pattern; which is typical of IBIS Hotel chain; in that furnishings and most items are of stream lines design: light colour, minimum furniture, tiled floor. open cupboard....This is Good , as the cleaning will be easier and overall more hygienic. The staff are quite helpful, but lack good command of English. There is NO DINNING facilities, but one can get free coffee/tea in the morning before 1100 hour !!! No coffee maker in the room as well !!! The location is far from the town centre, where all the actions are!!! Good stay for those having their own transport.

Value for money, no frills!

It has been good all the while. Have stayed numerous times. Only improvement perhaps they can make is to provide more hair dryers. It is kept at the reception. This time around, they only have 2 for use. Everyone has to take turns.

Was quite a distance away from the central part of the city. So it was not really convenient for the light shopping we planned for. The hotel was not disappointing but we had an issue with the security of the room which was resolved by the lady hotel manager who was very apologetic. My thanks to her.

Location ดี อยู่ใกล้มหาวิทยาลัย ติดถนน มีรถโดยสารผ่าน ห้องใหม่ สะอาด พนักงานต้อนรับบริการแย่มาก ไม่เต็มใจให้บริการ หน้าบึ้ง ไม่ยิ้มแย้ม พูดจาห้วนมาก ควรปรับปรุงอย่างยิ่ง คีย์การ์ดใช้ไม่ได้ต้องลงไปเปลี่ยนใหม่หลายครั้ง ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผมประจำห้อง ต้องลงรับที่ reception เสียค่ามัดจำ 100 บาท ต้องนำไปคืนภายใน4 ชม. ไม่มีอาหารเช้า โดยรวมแล้วคิดว่าค่าห้องแพง เมื่อเทียบกับบริการที่ได้รับ

ทุกอย่างโอเคมาก แค่ราคาสูงไปหน่อย

จองผ่านเว็บไป. พอไปถึงโรงแรม ปรากฎว่าได้ห้องชั้น 1 เลย ซึ่งไม่เห็นวิวอะไรเลย. ขอพนักงานเปลี่ยนห้อง เป็นชั้นอื่น. เลยได้เป็นชั้น 6 ซึ่งดีมากๆเลยครับ.

ห้องสะอาด ดีทุกอย่างยกเว้นพนักงาน จองห้องพักไว้สามห้องสองคืน แต่พนักงานโทรมาแจ้งว่าวันที่สองจองไว้แค่ห้องเดียว ซึ่งผมก็เอาบุคกิ้งที่จองผ่านexpediaให้ดูเป็นจำนวน3ห้อง ก็ยังยืนยันว่าจองแค่ห้องเดียว ทั้งที่จริงแล้วๆมีชื่อผู้เข้าอยู่คนอื่นด้วย แต่ไม่ตรวจดูดีๆ แล้วหน้าเหวี่ยงใส่ลูกค้า รู้สึกแย่มากๆไม่มีคำขอโทษใดๆด้วยครับ น่าจะรอบคอบกว่านี้ครับ
