Our room was phenomenal, day one we got there and couldn’t complain at all… went to sleep woke up next morning and door just opened up, hotel staff let himself in our room with no warning just keyed open no alert and I yelled and said excuse you as I was exposed and he says “Towels” and continued to enter room get towels then never return them!!!! The staff outside of him was phenomenal and apologetic but just alarming!!!!!
