Stay on top floor otherwise you will most likely hear footsteps from above you. For this reason I won’t stay here again. Must be thin floors or little insulation.

Staff was unresponsive - would not answer phone and short-spoken on checkin. The description states that rollaway beds are available in every room, but the hotel stated they do not have rollaways. Spent 2 hours on the phone with expedia support (who were unable to contact the hotel), significant arguing back and forth before finally being "gifted" a One Cash credit. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, but this ruined our stay.

There were people smoking in the adjacent room(s) to mine causing me to have a horrible continuous chest cough, swollen eyes, sneezing and a runny nose. There were screaming children in the wee hours of the morning. I was on the first floor and the first option for ice is on the third floor even though there is a restaurant and bar on the first floor. The front desk had no idea whether I could order breakfast to my room. I had to order Cracker Barrel through Grubhub and have it delivered to the hotel even though the restaurant opens for breakfast at 6am, no one was standing there ready to serve.
