The staff was absolutely amazing. I needed an early check in and they accommodated me with no problem. This hotel is in a great location. I'm in Hattiesburg a few times a yr. I will return to this spot. Shout-out to the front desk ppl. Just excellent!!

Rooms were not clean and one had a TV that did not work. The bar of soap in the shower had been used, the shower water initially was discolored, and the pillowcase smelled like perfume so it was clearly not washed. Breakfast was decent but this location is not kept up like it should be.

My last time staying at this hotel. The rooms are always too warm because the air doesn't go below whatever the hotel has it set to, even though the thermostat will let you change it. The TV in my room didn't work (was stuck on "no signal") front desk clerk was no help. I should've switched rooms but i had already got settled in before i tried to turn on TV.

We had a King suite that was so small that we couldn’t open two suitcases at once. The property is dated. The refrigerator in our room was rusty. On the bright side all staff were gracious, helpful and friendly.
