Overall it was a good stay. Front reception staff were very experienced and organized in checking in our large group into the hotel. The hotel facilities are kept in good condition.
I think the cleanliness of the rooms could have improved considering the 5 star allocation to the hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Food was okay, however there are not many options in the area so the hotel food may have been the best in the area.
Their performance in arranging a guide for Adam's Peak and car transfer to Negombo left something to be desired. Otherwise they deserve the plaudits given them by other reviewers.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Everyone - front office, housekeeping, F&B, & the spa - were exceptional with services par excellence. Rishnati qt front desk was OUTSTANDING, along with Nadan. Buffet breakfast and dinner were superb. Very scenic location - interiors are very beautiful. Highly recommended!
Everything was immaculate and perfect except for one thing, the hot water in the shower would run out relatively quick. Aside from this, I would highly recommend this hotel.
