With a small, privacy-protected garden overlooking the valley and a beautiful balcony, five bedrooms and a cozy kitchen, it invites you to linger and relax. It offers the ideal accommodation for dreamers, writers, hikers, canoeists, skiers, individualists, simply relax and enjoy the fresh air. Even people with temporary work, such. B technicians will appreciate the pleasant atmosphere after work.
The small town is located in the western part of Hatzfeld Hesse north of Marburg, very close to the bagpipe with a small ski area and the Edersee, in the beautiful valley of the Eder.
The typical low mountain range of the Upper Edertal, whose heights rise from 325 m to 675 m to Lagen, offers in all seasons again and again charming views and numerous possibilities.

The house stands near the castle, directly by the woods in the upper part of the city with stunning views of the Eder.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The kitchen was a dream – especially that amazing gas stove. Everything was spotless, just as promised. And the view from the terrace? Stunning! The garden was lovely too. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back.

Das Haus ist schön, gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen aber nicht ganz mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Unsere Erfahrungen:Schlafzimmer: Letztlich gibt es nur zwei bzw. drei Schlafzimmer mit Türen, wenn man den Wintergarten als Schlafzimmer mitzählt. Das 1. Schlafzimmer mit Holztür im EG ist sehr klein und hat eine Ecknische mit 2. Bett (ohne Tür).Das 2. Schlafzimmer mit Glastür im EG ist der Wintergarten des Wohnzimmers (mit Sichtschutz-Rollos zum Wohnzimmer). Das 3. Schlafzimmer mit Tür befindet sich im OG, und hat ein großes und ein kleines Bett. Neben der Treppe im OG gibt es noch eine Schlafnische mit kleinem Bett (ohne Tür). Die Matratzen im OG könnten mal erneuert werden, sind aber ok für 2-3 Nächte Badezimmer mit integriertem WC:- Gut, modern, funktional Gemütliche Wohnküche zum Verweilen:- Küche: gut eingerichtet, wobei nur 1 Senseo Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war (Die Fotos zeigen zusätzlich eine Nespresso Maschine). - Essplatz: groß mit bequemen Stühlen- Holzofen: Macht warm, wer länger bleibt sollte Holz mitbringen- Stereoanlage mit Internet RadioWintergarten mit TV:- Gut als Schlafzimmer oder zum TV-gucken nutzbar aber unbrauchbar für denjenigen, der früher ins Bett will während andere noch in der Wohnküche verweilenLage:Ruhig am Berg. Mit dem Auto nur 5 min zum nächsten Bäcker und Supermarkt.Zusammenfassend:Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet

Alles soweit gut. Schöne Gegend und solide Unterkunft. Besonders schöne Aussicht beim Frühstück. Mit Fliegengitter zumindest im Wohnraum wäre es noch besser, da es doch viele Insekten so dicht am Wald gibt.

Toller Urlaub für uns alle

Sehr schönes Haus, mit 4 Kinder und 3 Erwachsene gab es genug Möglichkeiten zum Übernachten sodas jeder seinen Bereich hatte. Die Küche ist besonders schön zum Kochen hervorragend geeignet, wenn auch die Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind (Schullade fällt auseinander wurde von uns Repariert oder Schranktür schließt nicht), wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar. Vielen Dank auch noch mal für einen sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Unzureichende Beschreibung

Es gibt kein separates Wohnzimmer, das Sofa steht zusammen mit einem Bett im Raum. Zwischen dem Durchgangszimmer und dem letzten Raum ist keine Tür und in diesem Bett können nur Kinder schlafen. Die sehr steile Treppe kann nur rückwärts runter gegangen werden. Nichts für kleine Kinder und bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen. Das Haus ist hellhörig.

Ein schöner Wochenend-Trip

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Freunde, die einfach mal abschalten wollten - und es hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist richtig schön mit einem großen Koch-/Wohnbereich und einem Tisch, an welchem sechs Personen problemlos Platz finden. Dies lädt zu schönen Spielabenden ein. Von der großzügigen Terasse/Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick ins Tal. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genoßen.

Leider konnten wir den Aufenthalt nicht richtig genießen, da am Haupt-Urlaubstag des gebuchten Wochenendes Bauarbeiten im Garten durch eine Firma erledigt wurden. Schade. Wir haben nach Beschwerde bei der Inhaberin einen kleinen Preisnachlass bekommen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit allem was man braucht

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Hausfee begrüßt und uns wurden viele Tipps für die Region gegeben. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und sogar noch einiges mehr! Sehr urig und mit dem Bollerofen gerade bei etwas kühleren Tagen ganz toll für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet. Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt in guter Erinnerung behalten! Vielen Dank dafür!

Wander-Woche mit der ganzen Familie + Hund

Wir (5+Hund) haben die Woche in einem besonderen Ferienhaus in toller Lage sehr genossen. In diesem Ferienhaus ist nichts von der Stange sondern alles sehr individuell. Anzumerken ist, dass die oberen Schlafräume nur über eine sehr steile Stiege zu erreichen sind und wir gerne einen Schlüssel für die Bad/WC Türe gehabt hätten.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Die Küche in diesem Objekt ist wirklich toll. Auch die vielen schönen Holzobjekte werten die Einrichtung auf. Einige Dinge sind aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden (Liegestühle, Fahrrad). Die Treppe zu den oberen Schlafzimmern ist SEHR steil. Das Objekt war sauber, allerdings war bei unserer Ankunft die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt. Für einige Tage völlig ok.
