Independent access from the terrace, comprising an entrance, a living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm) and a private bathroom each (shower and WC), a cabin bedroom without opening onto the outside (2 bunk beds 90x190 cm) and a sink, a bathroom (bathtub), separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine under the eaves with void over the living room (2 single beds 90x190 cm) and a separate WC. Total floor area: 105 m² including attic areas. Private outdoor space. The owners and their son have renovated a third cottage in this house, which features typical Beaufortain architecture. With independent access and a private outdoor space, this cottage is tastefully furnished and offers quality amenities. Shops are available in Hauteluce, Les Saisies, or Beaufort during the tourist season.
