No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. Despite being told we could park anywhere in the covered parking we still had a note left on our car asking us to remove it - some better organisation would be good

Magnifique residence recente et situee au bord des pistes ! l'appartement etait tres confortable et tres joliment decore, avec un bon niveau de confort. la vaisselle et l'evier n'etaient pas ultra propres cependant. Il n'y avait pas de cafetiere nespresso ni de seche cheveux, ce qui devrait etre un basique pour une residence 4etoiles. et pas assez de places dans le parking payant ! neanmoins nous avons passe un excellent sejour et nous reviendrons dans cette residence. les points faibles

PlutÎt bien avec quelques réserves

C'est une rĂ©sidence neuve et certains travaux ne sont pas encore achevĂ©s (portes de placards manquant dans une chambre). L'eau de la piscine est froide ainsi que les vestiaires et si vous n'ĂȘtes pas logĂ© dans le bĂątiment principal alors il faut passer soit par le garage en sous-sol soit par l'extĂ©rieur. Mes enfants et ma femme aiment beaucoup aller Ă  la piscine mais du coup ils n'y sont allĂ©s qu'une seule fois ! Attention sur le site HĂŽtels.com le parking est gratuit mais il n'est pas prĂ©cisĂ© qu'il s'agit d'un parking extĂ©rieur Ă  places limitĂ©s, pour le parking intĂ©rieur il faut payer un supplĂ©ment dĂšs l'arrivĂ©e ! D'un point de vue pratique la rĂ©sidence est bien situĂ©e et il y avait un ascenseur dans notre bĂątiment (un autre commentaire disait l'inverse) ainsi qu'un magasin Skiset au RDC (oĂč le personnel est trĂšs sympa est professionnel).

De maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale, l’hotel est beau, moderne et les appartements sont spacieux et chaleureux. La piscine donne une vue splendide sur les montagnes, mais elle n’est pas trĂšs chauffĂ©e. Les appartements sont bien insonorisĂ©s et un grand parking payant couvert traverse l’ensemble des chalets. Chaque appartement dispose d’un local Ă  ski chauffĂ©. Toutefois, par rapport au prix payĂ©, nous avons l’impression d’avoir Ă©tĂ© bernĂ©s. Les finitions ne sont pas terminĂ©es (pas de chauffage alors que les tempĂ©ratures extĂ©rieures atteignaient les -10 la nuit, les portes non fixĂ©es qui risquaient de nous tomber dessus a tout moment, des fils Ă©lectriques apparents...), et le personnel manquait vraiment de professionnalisme. Par exemple, l’un des employĂ©s s’est Ă©nervĂ© et a critiquĂ© le partenariat avec Skiset sous nos yeux, les demandes Ă©taient mal gĂ©rĂ©es et les employĂ©s s’eternisaient avec chaque personne Ă  l’accueil ce qui crĂ©ait de longues files d’attente. On nous dit que la Playstation n’est pas disponible pour ce soir car elle a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© rĂ©servĂ©e, puis quand on demande de la rĂ©server pour un autre jour, on nous annonce qu’il n’est pas possible de rĂ©server la PlayStation... Au niveau du SPA, trĂšs déçus. On entasse les gens dans un jacuzzi dans lequel seuls deux jets fonctionnent. Dans l’appartement, la propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. À Ă©viter en 2019 tant que les problĂšmes persistent

Lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans l'appartement les portes coulissantes du placard de l'entrée nous sont tombées dessus. Les plaques de cuisson n'ont jamais fonctionné durant 1 semaine. Le parking souterrain était jonché de clous et vis, ce qui a occasionné une roue crevée ! La réunion d'accueil était insignifiante et la livraison de boulangerie à l'accueil était erronée une fois sur 2 ComplÚtement indigne de mmv et d'une residence 4 etoiles! J'espÚre que hotel . Com va négocier un remboursement partiel!!
