There were flies in the sink when we arrived and I have absolutely no problem with how that was dealt with. We got moved to a different room and manager phoned to check all was ok.
Then the milk was out of date - a phone call to reception solved that and they brought more. But felt a little unlucky.
We booked for dinner - food was lovely but service was unusual. Definitely felt a little ignored even though others seemed to be getting attended to. Maybe just unlucky with waiter? Had to get up to get our own desserts menu.
Hotel shared spaces were really cold and needed blow heater in the room to warm up.
Ran out of teabags and no reply from reception when called last night.
Breakfast was lovely - great selection and well served.
Probably won’t be back.
