The luggage carts could probably be replaced. They're both in pretty rough shape & hard to manage. I had to call the front desk to get the t.v. in the room operational. The curtains & plastic hardware in my specific room need to be replaced. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the room was very nice.

I have no idea how this place got good reviews. All night long there were weird dudes walking around in the parking lot. The room is outdated, and has a super weird smell. Almost nothing in the room works. One of the lamps didn’t work, the television doesn’t work, the Internet doesn’t work, and the refrigerator doesn’t even get cold. The sheets were scratchy, and the carpet seemed moist. Big no.

Just ok

Served our purpose but nothing special, holiday weekend but no evening popcorn, checked in at 6p but had to wait for desk clerk to see me on camera to come help. Hotel is dated, breakfast eggs were put out in chafing dish from a bag, and put into a bag after breakfast. Trash by front door was overflowing. Positively, the beds were comfortable.

Very disappointed

Arrived in the evening and had to wait 5 minutes for a front desk person to arrive to check me in. Room had no soap or shower products. Air conditioner was so loud we turned it off during the night. Strange smell in the room. Sunday morning went to breakfast at 9:40 and nothing was available. Sign said breakfast 7-10. Best thing about this hotel was the carpet stain collection throughout the property.

Find another Hotel

This hotel was run down and messy. There were many stains on the carpet, our door didn't close completely, without using a lot of force and once closed my daughter had to hip check the door to lock it. The bedding and towels were old and scratchy. Our beds seemed to be very old and lumpy as well. And when our TV wouldn't turn on I walked to the desk to report it and they manager and another employee promised they would send someone to fix it and they never came to our room. All and all a very unsatisfying experience. We would not recommend this hotel. Definitely, not worth the price.
