My room lock had issues for the second time I’ve been there. Hotel management had to call multiple times to coordinate when to reconfigure the lock so it would work again. And for yet another trip, despite requesting a late check out, placing the “do not disturb” sign on the door, explicitly communicating with front desk that I’ve had problems in the past and to please communicate with cleaning staff to not knock on the door prior to check out, and to further that, I spoke with the cleaning staff as well…I still had them knocking on my door multiple times prior to my late check out. I work nights so this is very frustrating especially since this happens every time I stay here. There clearly is a problem with the communication between the hotel and cleaning staff.

Did not eat breakfast there as it was not included as we thought it was. Our tv did not work for the entire stay. They sent a person to look at it but he didn’t know how to fix it. There was no offer for us to change rooms and no compensation offered. Would have been nice to have offered us breakfast or a rate adjustment. Poor service

The staff we spoke with were all friendly and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. As an engineer, the shower was the best design I've ever seen. Very relaxing. The bed was great as I love a firm mattress. The pillows lacked a little, but not enough to downgrade my 5 stars
