Floor dirty, ac very loud noisy, coffee pot dirty, no ice, no dining, no hand or bath soaps, tv did NOT work. Plenty of towels & wash cloths, toilet paper and frig worked.

Upon arrival at this hotel it looked nothing like the pictures posted on Expedia. This area did not look safe and the hotel looked very run down. After talking with a local in a small town nearby he stated that the hotel is not what it used to be. We did not feel safe staying in this area and when trying to call the hotel 2 times we did not get anyone to answer so we decided to go to another town and find a hotel. We feel the pictures of the hotel online should be updated to show the current state of the property.

Basic motel. Staff friendly and honest. Was given a better rate upon check in due to the length of our stay which was a huge plus. Advertised a King bed with jacuzzi tub. No jacuzzi tub and unablebto use tub due to no plug. Bed a bit firm and pillows a little lumpy. However this is best hotel we have stayed at within a 25 mi radius of my family's location. So would stay again at our next visit. A must is having breakfast at Katy's Diner about .5 miles away. Great food, service for the price. The bar/grill next door does have good food as well.

DO NOT STAY

Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE. The desk clerk was friendly enough and thats the good part. First room was not clean, 2nd room was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable, room itself was ok. Bathroom was NASTY, paint chipping, shower curtain was filthy. Booked 2 rooms and told the desk clerk that the other party would not be there until midnight, other party got to the hotel and never seen the clerk. Called the hotel and no answer. Had to sleep in his car, no clerk in the morning either. Just remember that you get what you pay for.

A small property in a small Missouri town. Very clean and quiet. Excellent staff. It is a small town, so dining options are limited. We were just passing through for a night and it was just fine.
