We had an excellent stay. The room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was pretty simple - fridge, microwave and a sink. It worked great for our convention weekend. The front desk check-in process was simple. I had great communication with the host. Overall, an awesome experience. I'd definitely return.

Do not use this company they are liars and thief’s. They charge you extra money for things that are disclosed it fine print buried in the listing. There is a resort fee of 40$ per night that isn’t disclosed on the booking site or description. It’s buried somewhere according to the management company (longitude). I never found it even after I searched the booking and simulated another booking to try and find it! But that’s the half of it if the experience at the hotel was good this probably wouldn’t have bothered me so strap on folks here we go! Our first night (90 degree weather mind you). We had to run our AC unit to stay cool and it was the loudest thing I have ever heard in my life an the kicker was even when powered off the noises continued there was no freedom from it. So naturally I asked the host if they could do something about fixing the AC unit and they said unfortunately they couldn’t send someone in to look at it because they are a 3rd party host and the resort will not let them send their repair men in until the conclusion of the stay. So knowing they have another room that is vacant next door (information I gained the day before, when we checked in) I asked well can you move us next door for the next night as we don’t enjoy sleeping under the terror of a shrieking AC unit. They said no unless we were willing to pay the extra cleaning fee and the room cost difference. Absolutely horrible experience. Also I saw another review that mentioned the AC prior
