Nestled deep in Sitgreaves National Forest, this massive, 20k square foot luxury lodge offers the perfect blend of comfort, seclusion, and adventure, built for epic family reunions, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and youth camps. The experience includes access to a fenced-in pond with a nostalgic dock and rope swing. Excellent internet but the the lodge is off-grid, powered by solar energy and cell service is spotty.



The Space:

Enjoy cozy, family-named bedrooms, each offering a unique charm and a restful retreat after a day of outdoor fun. The lodge includes:

– A large private theater room for movie nights

– A fully equipped basement game room with billiards, foosball, and more

– Expansive grassy areas perfect for games, picnics, and gatherings

– A rope swing into a private pond for the ultimate summer thrill

– A nearby heard of llamas add to the ambiance



Events & Gatherings

An event fee of $2,000 + $1,000 refundable deposit applies to any gathering with 65+ attendees or any event involving outside vendors, including but not limited to florists, decorators, caterers, DJs, planners, or rental equipment providers. Our stay at Legacy Ranch was amazing! It was a dream to come stay at this amazing property. The house is enormous, the grounds are beautiful and the caretakers went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! If I could give it more stars I would. We will definitely be back!
