Excellent property! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was in a neighborhood but within walking distance to the little town with some good dining options. Definitely worth it!

Rather an impersonal property with self check in if you arrive after 6pm. Check in quite difficult as the touch screen didn’t function properly. Paper thin walls between rooms, hard bed and hard pillows. Mediocre breakfast buffet definitely not worth 12euros! It’s a very new property and low budget so you get what you pay for which isn’t very much.

Excellent value for money

Easy self-checkin (arrived Sunday afternoon). Clean room with small private patio. Nice place to stay if you want to avoid Bâle hotel prices. Walking distance from Lidl. Would stay again.

We did not have a lift to the rooms we were allocated. Rooms were great. Parking was great. Entrance to the hotel is not great. Best to drive slowly to avoid damaging the vehicle. Surroundings appear a bit lonely.

The Hotels doesn't seem to be accesible via train or bus. You have to either walk to hotel or drive /taxi. The hotel was having walls re-painted so there was a lot of mess in reception, but apart from that, the rooms were very big and offered just what was advertised. The bathroom was very nice.

Very nice hotel

The Arrow hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and the small kitchen unit was functional and very useful as part of our overnight stop. We would stay here again if it was on our route.

Great hotel,but inefficient reception staff

We chose this hotel as we have stayed there before and there was a pleasant lady on reception.This time however it took over 30 minutes to get checked in because of shocking inefficiency of the man on reception.As must people are aware the booking on the property reservation system shows as Expedia.com rather than Hotels.There in lies the problem !
