When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. Staff in general was very friendly. The garage is a plus, and the hotel is a pleasant walk away from the city center.

Der Fußboden war sicher länger nicht mehr gesagt worden. Ebenfalls waren im Bad vom Vorgänger noch mehrere Haare etc. zu finden. Sonst war alles wunderbar
