The person next door was playing loud TV right near my bed that makes it difficult to know I can get a good rest or con duct a quiet interview tomorrow, which was the reason I booked the room. The room also smelled an odd, unpleasant smell. Also, a woman came to the front desk complaining of bugs crawling on her bed. After I heard that, I left and am planning to stay in my car.

Staff was kind and courteous, room was spotless and very clean. My kids were bummed about the hot tub out of commission but did appreciate the breakfast. Good value for the stay.

The hot tub was out of order. The dryer was out of order. The room was small. No closet, just hooks with hangers on the wall. No coffee pot in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The location in a v between two busy streets was not desirable.

Initially as we pulled into the parking lot, our impression was average to poor--the building was dated and not improved for quite a while...however going inside, everything looked and smelled clean, the young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful, and our room was very nice--seemed like the interior and bed had been updated/upgraded and the bathroom was clean--shower worked well...the breakfast was fantastic!... a nice gentleman who cooked eggs to order, toast,hasbrowns,bacon and sausage......would definitely stay again!

It was very clean& the beds were comfy. However, when we walked in, there was a strong smell of cigar smoke. After the air conditioning was on& I sprayed Febreze, it finally went away.The hot breakfast was good.

Not accessibility friendly hotel.

The hotel and staff were excellent. I was having knee problems and had to carry my luggage up a stairway to the upper floor because the hotel does not have an elevator.
