Alex from the front desk was amazing. I have a herniated disk in my back which gives me a lot of pain. Alex noticed that I was having a hard time with the stairs and got us a room on the first floor near an exit. No extra charge.

Our room smelled like someone had smoked 10 cigarettes in it right before we checked in. I had asked if they offered a military discount and was told that I had the best price possible, I asked again before check out the next morning but the clerk said “it’s fine” exactly trying to let me know that “it’s fine” he couldn’t apply the discount. Called before we booked the room to make sure it was dog friendly and was told it was - $20 per dog. When I checked out I was told it was actually $25 per dog. Overall dirty, there was what looked like beard hair all over one of the beds, the breakfast was mid.

We checked in late evening and was greeted by Tabitha at the front desk. She was very welcoming and made me feel so welcome. Check-in was seamless and it was very refreshing at the end of a 10 hour drive. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We thought the night staff was super friendly and helpful. Day staff was helpful but not as friendly. We had five squares of toilet paper left on the roll in the room when we arrived. The room was super small which we were just surprised by. They did have a hot breakfast however it was just eggs and some rubbery looking sausage links. They did offer waffles and oatmeal so it was adequate just not as nice as we have experienced in Helena at other places.
