Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Property was excellent. However, I was given an incorrect access code for the flat which potentially left me with prospect of sleeping in a corridor. This was not at all good. A call the Germany resolved the issue. However, the experience rather puts me off using vrbo again, in case the same thing happens next time. Attention to detail such as access codes is very important.
