Disappointed communication

Uncomfortable beds, bend mattress and very thin pillows. Also windy windows. I have reported them but not answered when i asked about luggage storage and priblem beds.

The elevator only gets you to the 4th floor so if you’re staying on the 5th you have to take the stairs with all your luggage

Great location. Very quite. Simple room, good to sleep. The reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because the bathroom stank of sewer. Might have been one of the drains (p-trap not filled anymore?), as the bathroom itself was very clean, but this should have been caught by maintenance.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had all we needed for a 4-night stay. The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. Really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

I enjoyed the helsinki area. Apartments were clean inside and lovely decorated. However, on my final night in apartment I was broken into my apartment by armed burglar who had got into apartment and cut wires and managed to do it at ease. I was confronted by an intruder at 2am in my apartment in pitch black. Lucky he ran out of the door and into the corridor and I then had to wait for police to come. The police contact forenom who wanted me to stay in same complex where I just been broken into for the last night, I then left and stay in the Hilton in helskini airport. The police said the security for the apartments was not safe and I should claim compensation, despite reaching out to forenom twice they have not answered my despite. So stay here at your own risk.

Sacking beds, broken taps, smell of mold

Former rental flats re-furbished as aparthotel. Unfortunately the quality of furnishings or maintenance appear not to be up to hotel standards. On arrival I found that the beds were badly sacking - the springs had given up. The bathroom had a strong smell of mould and the sink leaked so that when washing hands, you got your socks wet. In the kitchen, the tap was broken and only gave hot water - drinking water had to be taken from the bathroom. The toaster did not work. The kitchen cupboards were worn and untidy. Calling the customer service, I was offered a change of room, but on checking that out I found it to have similar issues so decided to wait until next day, when maintenance would fix them. A very helpful janitor did turn up next morning (after a very badly slept night!), bringing new beds and fixing the bathroom leak, but he could not fix the kitchen tap - he let slip that the issues had been reported before but apparently repairs had fallen in the cracks. A week later, a plumber turned up to fix the kitchen tap but I was already leaving then.

Nice spot

Great spot and very convenient for groceries and small cafes. My only complaint is I found the heat in the building very low. It was very cold throughout my stay but I did have enough blankets to keep warm. Otherwise, very happy with the place!

Convenient and nice

Very convenient, you'll get a code to entry to the apartment by four and that's basically the check-in. Clean, modern and perfect if you're planning to cook while your stay. Neighbourhood is very nice and by a walking distance from nice spots in Helsinki. The only con is that there's no free parking anywhere nearby. Would totally recommend!

This was exactly what we expected. It's value for money, close to the city. It was clean, I really liked the keypad entry as we arrived quite late. It served us very well, not a fancy place, but comfortable bed and pretty quiet.

The property did not send key code to us in time, so we were unable to check in, we waited outside the property for more than one hour.We need to pay extra money to call IDD and time to talk to the property because there was a no front desk property. It was a terrible check in experience. Property location is very bad.

Convenient and comfortable

I have stayed in this location before. It is very convenient when you need to get to the Central Railway Station or even the harbour - both are about 15 minute walk. The apartments at this location are very comfortable - with new furniture - sofa, airmchairs, bed and a table with chairs. It's all very spacious, gets good natural light and it's all kept clean and modern. The only drawbacks were: There was a broken chair which was however removed the very next day when I was out The kitchen table didn't seem very stable - it moved a little bit when pressed. It should be replaced I wasn't able to purchase early check-in online which would have helped as I was arriving about midday - however my code arrived in an e-mail an hour before my scheduled check-in which was helpful. The only downside was that it wasn't sent by text which I understand but as far as I remember, last time I could purchase by text Overall, this is a very convenient and guaranteed quality stay. There also also amenities you can use in the building like sauna etc. Last but not least - the heated towel rack in the bathroom was great and also the heated flooring. However, the shower curtain didn't leave much space. Shower wall would have been a better solution I would definitely recommend this - especially considering hotels prices in Helsinki - this is definitely decent value for money!

I like the place quite and good location, clean and comfy but I don’t like no one there to welcome the guests and it’s hard to communicate by email or online coz it’s hard to get WiFi in the public but other than that I did enjoyed stayed in their hotel...thanks!

I really wish I can stay longer. Next time in Helsinki, this will be my second home! It's away from city center but still close enough. And it's in residential area. Therefore, would have a feel of what locals do.
