Katastrophale Kommukation mit dem Vermieter

Schade - die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings war es eine Herausforderung, überhaupt in die Wohnung zu kommen, da der Vermieter auf die Anfragen einfach nicht geantwortet hat. Nur mit Hilfe von Fewodirekt bekamen wir überhaupt die Info, wie man in die Wohnung kommt. Auch in der Wohnung hätte man weiteren Informationsbedarf gehabt (Funktionsweise des Fernsehers und der Sauna), aber auch hier keine Reaktion auf die Anfragen! Sehr ärgerlich!!!
