Part of our STAY happy Asheville collection the Awesome A has all you need for your next vacation… Hot tub, pool table, ping pong, fire pit, & hammocks.

Enjoy this newly updated space which boasts multiple living areas, massive master bedroom with private screened in porch.

This home is situated just 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville. Super close to wineries and Apple orchards. We are 30 mins to Biltmore Village, 35 to downtown Asheville & just a 20 min drive to Chimney rock/Lake Lure.

Built in the 80’s and used for years as a vacation home this A-frame was recently renovated and brought back to life for you to enjoy.
Main level has open concept living/dining/kitchen. Inside the A are two bedrooms (queen beds) and a bathroom. An addition was later completed to add a spacious master suite with private sun porch & master bathroom.
Loft area has a electric fireplace, tv and games area as well as a 3rd bath. Couch converts to a queen bed for extra sleeping space.
Outdoors enjoy our 6 person hot tub, fire pit or our “hammock hangout”. Play corn hole, spikeball or go inside the garage for ping pong or pool.

Guests will enjoy the whole house including 1 acre lot.

We strive to set up our homes so that guests have everything they need. We do not typically meet our guests but do live in the area so we are just a phone call away if needed.

Located in a rural area outside Hendersonville the home is close (1 mile) to Justice orchard as well as Burntshirt winery. Hendersonville is about 15 mins away. Asheville 30-35 mins. Lake Lure/Chimney Rock 20 mins.

We advise guests to have a car.
Absolutely no smoking of ANY kind inside the home. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas. $150 fee if guests smoke inside.
Pets allowed with pet fee.
No parties or events.

Great place!

The property was great! Very cool modernish house. Pool table/ping pong table aren't really in operating condition. All the balls on the pool table fall to the same spot and the ping pong net is broken. The hot tub took a little bit to figure out and I think needs some maintenance, but overall we got it working and the stay was great. The communication was a little difficult with the host. I saw a comment saying the neighborhood was "sketchy". That is not true at all. The home is in the mountains and this house isn't in an HOA regulated neighborhood. However, it is in not in a dangerous neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable!

Good Location & Nice touches

The house is located on a sketchy street and is way nicer than the others on the block, but it is conveniently located to downtown Hendersonville and the wineries. Checking in was nerve-wracking as they did not send us any check-in instructions until I reached out to them. The same for checkout instructions, I reached out to them the day before we left to see if there were any checkout instructions needed and did not get a response. If you arrive at night, it is pitch black and you cannot see the house whatsoever. The right side of the yard is also extremely overgrown. Only half of the lights outside worked. Inside it looks like the pictures, but the quality of the work is poor. The outlets are popping out of the walls, and the paint around the windows looks like a child did it. There are no screens in the patio door off of the master, which is a bit unsettling. considering the neighborhood. Also in the master, the curtain rod fell into pieces each time we opened the curtains. There were some nice touches like high-quality towels, and soap, and the appliances were nice and worked well in the kitchen. The shower in the master is "fancy" and the fireplace upstairs is really nice. Overall we had a nice time. This place has a lot of positives, but it is lacking attention from its owners.
