Make sure all baseboard heaters are OFF downstairs (dial on lowest setting). Set upstairs thermostat to 72 when on cool & 65 when on heat
Ensure garage door is closed & side entry garage door is locked. Lock upper & lower deck doors.

No smoking or vaping indoors, Fireplaces/wood stoves are not available for guest use
The thermostat controls heat and cooling for the upstairs , The downstairs is heated with baseboard heaters. These get HOT - please do not touch them
• There is no air condition in the lower level, and we’ve never needed it. It stays nice and cool! We will provide a fan for extra comfort

We had a wonderful stay at this great home! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable and in a great location in Hendersonville. Kirsten was very communicative and responsive! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

What a wonderful house to bring a family to! Big, comfortable rooms. Well appointed kitchen. Lovely setting and quiet neighborhood. My family absolutely loved the screened in porch with the hammock swings. They sat out there and watched a movie during the evening. Ample bedroom spaces, great bathroom spaces and wonderfully cool for me who can’t stand the heat. I would definitely stay here again.
