Wonderfully located, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers unbeatable walking access to the heart of downtown Hendersonville. The updated interior features hardwood floors, two fireplaces, two clawfoot tubs, and a convenient half bath. Enjoy mornings on the covered porch or the new deck in the backyard, which also offers a firepit. Gather for movie nights in the sunlit living area, appointed with a flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace. The updated kitchen has a full suite of appliances, butcher block countertops, and ample cookware. When it's time to eat, the kitchen bar seats three, and the table seats four.

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, a smart TV, a gas fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a smart TV. The third bedroom has a smart TV and a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a clawfoot tub. A half bath adds convenience. Start your mornings with coffee on the covered porch. In the outdoor space, you will find a new deck and a wood-burning firepit. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

Things to Know
This home has a two-story layout. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
