Masion Bellevue is a brand new detached Villa set in a country setting just before the old Royal village of Trebesin. A few minutes drive from Herceg Novi. It has been build to extremely high
international standards finished with imported Spanish and Italian tiles. All bathroom fittings are German Hansgrohe, Bathroom ware is Italian porcelain and all white goods are Bosch.
A short walk away is an extremely nice Konoba - Restaurant - So you can drink and not drive. There are two corner shops a couple or so minutes drive in the next village Podi and the nearest beach is a few minutes drive down the hill in Meljine
Set above the main road in peaceful rural and beautiful surroundings Maison Bellevue’s unique vantage point provides the most spectacular far reaching views of the open sea. On a clear day the horizon line is 27kms in the distance.The south aspect means that each of the generous balconies benefits from All Day Sun, from dawn until dusk.

the King brought his French architect there and he exclaimed - C’est Tres Bien.
Trebesin is a tiny village with a big church, which
is just a five minute walk from the house.
The road to the house is good asphalt all the way
