Arrived at property after a short message to tell me what room I was in and vague directions got to room had to search room for the lead to the tv which I eventually found on top of wardrobe with the lampshade for the light after watching TV for a short while i was cold so checked radiator it was not on tried to turn on but nothing eventually managed to get to sleep as the cold kept me awake most of the night woke up in the morning freezing went to get a shower but there was no towels so couldn't even do that tried to clean up my rubbish but there was not even a bin room was decent size few cobwebs and could do with a lick of paint but ok but having to leave cold and dirty I was extremely disappointed would rather stay at Travelodge
