Mangelnde Austattung, viel zu teuer !

Meine Bewertung möchte ich gern mit dem Zimmerpreis beginnen. Wir haben für eine Nacht € 240,00bezahlt, unter diesem Aspekt diese Bewertung. In diesem Preisbereich erwartet man einen gewissen Standard. Zimmer Nr. 301 haben wir abgelehnt, der versprochene Meerblick ist auf Zehenspitzen durch ein Dachflächenfenster zu sehen, das Bett wackelte kompl.. Zimmer Nr. 201 war größer, hier wollte meine Frau nicht in die Plastikdusche steigen (Badewanne gibt es nicht!) zu dreckig. Nachts werden die Heizungen gedrosselt, kalt im Zimmer. Der versprochene Highspeedzugang funktioniert nicht (kein Empfang!) Im Schlafzimmer stand ein Fernseher, ich wusste gar nicht, dass solche Minifernseher übehaupt noch hergestellt werden. Der ausgewiesene kostenlose Parkplatz outete sich dann doch mit € 7,00 auf der Rechnung. Der Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch im Umgang mit Hunden. Fazit: Viel zu teuer für das Gebotene.

Mein Freund und ich haben 10 Nächte in dem Hotel übernachtet. Frühstücksbuffet war super zu jeder Zeit, Extrawünsche wurden soweit möglich erfüllt; der Service war nett und aufmerksam. Die angepriesene neue pommersche Küche fand ich persönlich nicht so toll. Das Hotelzimmer und das Bad sind geräumig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach klasse, einmal über die Strandpromenade und schon ist man am sauberen Strand. Schön war ebenfalls, dass das Hotel sehr ruhig ist, Geräusche aus anderen Hotelzimmern oder vom Gang habe ich im Erdgeschoß nicht wahrgenommen.Nicht so toll fand ich, dass ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage recht teuer ist. Uns wurde angeboten, dass das Fahrzeug in die Garage verbracht wird, aber das dieses mit Kosten verbunden ist, wurde verschwiegen. Außerdem gab es Probleme mit den Abflüssen im Bad. Trotz zweifacher Hinweise an der Rezeption kam kein Hausmeister vorbei.Alles in allem gutes Hotel, wir würden wieder hinfahren.

2 Übernachtungen in 3 verschiedenen Zimmern

Wir hatten eine Suite über hotels.com gebucht. Am Anreisetag wurden wir jedoch erst einmal in eine Ferienwohnung etwa 500m Fußmarsch entfernt vom Hotel in der Villa Aurelia "eingewiesen". Anfangs hatten wir uns nach einer anstrengenden Anreise noch nichts dabei gedacht & sind erst mal dort hin, dann haben wir uns aber doch beschwert, da die Entfernung zu Sauna, Frühstück etc. nicht tragbar war. Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass meine Frau nicht mal einen Fön dabei hatte, da wir ja eine Hotel-Suite gebucht hatten ;-) Anfangs hieß es dann, sie hätten keine Suite frei. Daraufhin haben wir uns 3 weitere Zimmer "normaler Kategorie" im Hotel angeschaut, von denen wir jedoch keins akzeptieren wollten, da viel zu klein, kein Balkon etc. ... Nach hartnäckigem weiter darauf bestehen gab es dann plötzlich doch eine Suite (& der halbe Ankunfts-Nachmittag war mit Diskussionen & Zimmerwechsel verbracht), allerdings mit der Option am 2ten Tag dann nochmals umziehen zu müssen, da dann eine andere Suite frei wäre. So weit so gut. Am zweiten Tag fragte ich dann wiederum an der Rezeption nach, wie denn nun der Suiten-Wechsel stattfinden soll. Es hieß wir sollen das Gepäck einfach im Zimmer lassen, der Umzug in die andere Suite werde vom Hotel erledigt. Uns wurde gesagt wir sollen einfach unseren Tag genießen - das klang ja ganz versöhnlich. Als wir dann am Nachmittag wieder zurück kamen, wusste plötzlich niemand mehr etwas von dem Suiten-Wechsel? Stattdessen war unser Gepäck in einem der Zimmer (ohne Balkon) gelandet, welches wir bereits am Vortag einmal abgelehnt hatten, da ich Raucher bin. Also ging der ganze Ärger wieder von vorne los :-( Letztlich mussten wir dann ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon nehmen, welches einer größeren Abstellkammer glich & kaum Platz rund um das Doppelbett bot. Auch wenn das Hotel dann beide Übernachtungen zum Doppelzimmerpreis abrechnete & zur Entschuldigung hausgemachte Marmeladen & einen Haussekt-Piccolo präsentierte, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, nochmals auch nur einen Fuß in dieses Hotel zu setzen! Ich habe dann am zweiten Abend direkt ausgecheckt und wir sind am kommenden morgen schnellstmöglich aus diesem Elend geflüchtet, ohne ein weiteres Frühstück dort einzunehmen. Ich habe noch nie ein derartiges Chaos in einem Hotel erlebt - aber anscheinend ging es mehreren Gästen so, da immer wenn ich an der Rezeption war (ein nicht unerheblicher Teil meiner Urlaubszeit in den 2 Tagen), waren zeitgleich auch andere (meist Schweizer) Gäste dort, welche mit ähnlichen Problemen zu kämpfen hatten. Letztlich war der geplante 2tägige Entspannungsurlaub im Hotel Aurelia St. Hubertus für uns ein kompletter Totalausfall mit mehr Stress als Freude - schade um die vergeudete Zeit dort ... Ich kann einen Urlaub dort wirklich nur dann empfehlen, wenn man sehr starke Nerven & geringe Ansprüche an die hilflosen Mitarbeiter & das Hotel (es wirkt alles etwas verlebt) selbst hat. Ich hoffe mal, dass ich mit meiner Bewertung dem ein oder anderen derartige Erlebnisse ersparen kann ...
