Das Objekt hat bei uns mit der Lage gepunktet, nicht direkt im Trubel, aber max. 5min bis zur Strand Promenade. Das Parken im Hof war ebenfalls sehr gut. Für den Einkauf steht gegenüber ein Supermarkt zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung einfach und praktikabel eingerichtet, für 4 Personen ausreichend. Die Fotos zeigen eine aufgehübschte Wohnung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden durch die Bilder nicht vollständig erfüllt. Die Terrasse ist nur im Bereich der Wohnung ordentlich. Die Unterkunft hat Potenzial und der Eigentümer sollte die Bewertung anderer lesen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und 2 Carportstellplätzen. Kurzer Weg zum Supermarkt, Bäcker und zur Promenade. An der Promenade gibt es viele Restaurants. Toller Startort für Ausflüge auf Usedom und für Radtouren.

Eine Wohnung die ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand liegt (fußläufig) Einkaufen fast direkt gegenüber (Netto) es ist nicht laut und sehr sauber gewesen. Die Betten sind gut. Sind mit 2 Familien ( 4 Erw. 2 Kin.) Inder Wohnung gewesen. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Objekt, aber mit geringen Mängeln-Fernseher funktioniert nicht

Sauber, gemütlich, auch wenn es nach dem Internet Eintrag größer wirkt, als es ist.Lage super..Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe...und der leckere Bäcker Blunck. Fam. Reimer, der Eigentümer, sehr nett..hatte Grill für uns😁👍wir kommen gerne wieder

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Trotz naher Lage an der Hauptverkehrsstraße hatten wir Ruhe. alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren ebenfalls sehr nett. Gaben uns viele Tipps und erzählten vom alten Usedom. Werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiede´rkommen.
