Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the Dünenresidenz 2005.  Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is aligned to the mountain road and offers charming views of the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement. Attention: Site informationPlease note that in the period from 04. March 2019 to 31. May 2019 renovation work on the facade as well as on the balconies and terraces of the dunes - residence will be held. Affected are the apartments in A and B and the apartments C 04 and C 14 in house C.

You will be thrilled with this wheelchair and child friendly, spacious and very bright attic apartment with a lighthouse-like view of the sea from the breakfast tower. Panoramic view from Schloonsee over the city to the pier from the deckchair auf'm balcony. For coastal fog, we recommend our home theater. The use of washing machine and dryer is possible in the house for a fee of 4,00 Euro. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
