The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in a quiet outskirts with a residential street. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive holiday apartments and three high-quality holiday bungalows. The children's playground and a barbecue area branch off to the right from the driveway with sufficient parking spaces.
There is a communal lounge in front of the main entrance for quiet evening hours.
The special equipment of the villa includes a sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (coin operated machine).
The apartment Merilyn is located on the mezzanine floor of the villa and has a south-facing spacious terrace. The living room furnished in modern chic design convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace. A stove invites you to spend cozy evenings.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Doris – Whg. 1 Merilyn. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Besonders positiv war die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Strand – ideal für Spaziergänge und Entspannung. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und professionell, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles war perfekt organisiert, vom Check-in bis zur Abreise. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder! Fazit: Sehr professionell geführt, perfekt für den Urlaub – absolut empfehlenswert! ☀️

Anlage in Top Zustand. Sauna Nutzung ohne Gebühr und super sauber. Ausreichend große Stellplätze für Autos auf dem Grundstück. Absperrbare Garage für Fahrräder ect. Zur allgemeinen Nutzung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Waren mit 2 Kindern vor Ort und auch der kleine Spielplatz war total nett. Die Entfernung zum Meer sollte nicht unterschätzt werden. Wir waren froh um unsere Fahrräder.

Wir hatten im Sommer 2024 zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Heringsdorf. Die Wohnung liegt südlich der Hauptstraße, bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Rad ca. 5 Minuten. Dafür liegt das Haus sehr ruhig am Waldrand, allerdings nur erreichbar wahlweise über zwei Strecken, die beide ziemlich holprig sind. Das gesamte Haus und auch die Wohnung Merilyn sind gehoben ausgestattet und waren tiptop sauber bei der Anreise. Mehrmals in der Woche kam eine freundliche Dame mit einem Herrn, um die Anlage in Schuss zu halten und war jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen hilfsbereit. Für uns unter dem Strich eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren im Sommer 2024 für drei Tage zu Gast in dieser sehr geschmackvoll restaurierten und eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und können diese nur empfehlen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist von Wald umgeben. Sowohl Weimar als auch Erfurt sind mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
