The clean, modern Non smoking rental (30 sqm) in. 1 Floor with a combined living room / bedroom and an enclosed porch is suitable for two people. The apartment is equipped with high-quality floorboards. For tasty facilities include a small kitchenette (coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, electric cooker with 2 plates and microwave). The veranda overlooking the park is ideal for leisurely breakfast. The living room is equipped in addition to the double bed and wardrobe with two rattan armchairs and TV. Bathroom with shower / WC. The initial bed linen is included, towels are brought by the guest. There is a parking space available. A shed for enclosing the bikes can also be used. A barbecue grill is not available.
