This one of two holiday apartments of different sizes is located on the 1st floor of a beach villa directly on the promenade. Access to the beach is approx. 20 metres away. There is a small cellar bar in the accommodation. There is a car park on the property (4 EUR/day) and a bicycle storage room. The property is fenced. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. Pets are allowed: One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed to stay alone and unattended in the apartment.

They have wide sandy beaches, are connected by a promenade and have moorings with jetties. The resorts have bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-marked hiking trails. A water park, the Ostseetherme, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes. Since 2011, the promenade with cycle path has led from Ahlbeck to Swinemünde in Poland.
