The residence sea noise is in the Villa Dünenresidenz and has the number 7. It is located on the first floor and is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with a shower), a small private sauna and an appealing open living-dining area.
Walk 50 meters to the beach; a path leads from the property directly to the beach entrance. The Heringsdorf and Bansin pier are 10 minutes away on foot. A beautiful adventure playground is about 5 minutes away.

Die Wohnung ist zwar ruhig und gut gelegen, aber es gibt Mängel: Schimmel an den Duschköpfen und Wasserhähnen in den beiden Bädern, ein stark verkalkter Wasserhahn mit geringem Wasserdruck in der Küche, säuerlich riechende Bettwäsche und eine kaputte Jalousie im Wohnzimmer (zum Balkon). 2 Mal Silberfische in der Wohnung gesehen. Eine intensive Grundreinigung ist dringend erforderlich.

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wieder sehr angenehm. Die Strandnähe ist perfekt ! Kleinere Mängel wurden bereits mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen und werden behoben ! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte zeitnah. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wirklich wunderbar! Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich unmittelbar in Strandnähe, was für uns ein Riesen Pluspunkt war :) Die Lage war trotz recht „großer“ Anlage sehr ruhig und wir konnten unseren kurzen Usedom Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen! Die Wohnung war zudem sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet , was uns ebenso sehr zugesagt hat :) Alles in Einem: Eine Buchung ist es allemal wert!

Hallo, Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalten in dieser Ferienwohnung mit 3 Erwachsenen, einem Teenager und Baby 1 1/2 Jahren. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen dekorativen Dingen ausgestattet und die allgemeine Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Der Aufzug im Haus ist auch sehr gut, mit diesem kommt man bis in die Garage. Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die geräumige Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt (ca. 50 m) und liegt ungefähr mittig zwischen Bansin und Heringsdorf. Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Entlang der dort befindlichen gut ausgebauten Strandpromenade kann man bis nach Polen gelangen. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die zwei Bäder, gerade bei 4 Gästen, davon 2 Teenager, waren praktisch. Die Sauna haben wir auch an zwei Tagen genutzt, sehr angenehm! Die Wohnung, der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage- sehr schöne Unterkunft ! Der Fahrradverleih war 10min. fußläufig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung…..

in guter Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr strandnah, der Meerblick war zu erahnen. Es war alles und noch mehr vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Einen Sauberkeitspunkt mussten wir abziehen, da die Fenster und auch die Innentüren nicht sauber waren. Auf den Türen waren deutliche Fingerspuren unserer Vormieter zu sehen. Leider funktionierte die Fußbodenheizung und die Deckenbeleuchtung im kleinen Schlafzimmer nicht und die Außenjalousie im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war sehr schön. Bei der Einrichtung könnte es noch Verbesserungen geben. So sind die „Nachttische“ im großen Schlafzimmer kaum nutzbar und auch das Waschbecken im Duschbad ist, um es voll nutzen zu können, zu klein. Auch war der Kleiderschrank im kleinen Schlafzimmer voller Bettdecken und Kissen. Vielleicht könnten hier Stauraumtaschen auf dem Kleiderschrank Abhilfe schaffen. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Geräte…) sehr gut und wertig.

Tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an einem ruhigen Strandabschnitt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine gute Menge an Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern. Es sind auch ein paar Geräte vorhanden, die ich nicht erwartet hätte: Waffeleisen, Raclette-Grill. Es war seit Jahren die erste Wohnung, in der wir alle richtig gut geschlafen haben, weil beide Betten sehr bequem waren und sehr gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Man braucht allerdings ein Laken in Übergröße für das 2. Bett (das war uns vorher nicht bewusst). Der DVD-Player hat bei uns leider nicht funktioniert (war aber nicht so wichtig, daher haben wir es nicht direkt reklamiert). Eigentlich eine perfekte Wohnung, aber ein absoluter Kritikpunkt: In einer FeWo erwarte ich Schutzbezüge auf den Matratzen. Wenn ich beim Beziehen der Betten mit Flecken früherer Mieter konfrontiert werde, ist das für mich sehr unappetitlich und hat mir den Bezug der Wohnung erstmal vermiest! Dies sollte geändert werden.

Überzeugte Wiederholungstäter

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal in Folge unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und die überaus komplette Ausstattung der Wohnung sind ideal für einen entspannten Badeurlaub. Die Betten sind bequem, gleiches gilt für die Couch und die Küche hat alles, was man braucht um sich auch umfangreich bekochen zu können. Wir haben uns auch beim zweiten Mal wieder auf Anhieb „wie zuhause“ gefühlt, ein größeres Kompliment kann man einer Urlaubs-Unterkunft wohl nicht machen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive. Hatten auch keine Information darüber. Haben vor Ort bei der Agentur bezahlt und die Betten halt selber bezogen. Es gab aber nur Laken für ein Schlafzimmer. Haben wir erst in der Wohnung bemerkt. Für getrennt schlafende dann problematisch. Der ausziehbare Wasserhahn in der Küche lief nur auf halber Kraft. Müsste mal geprüft werden. Tiefgarage sehr eng. Hatten wir aber erfragt. Ford Turneo passt aber rein. 2cm Luft bis zum geöffneten Rolltor. Man kann aber auch direkt gegenüber beim Fahrradverleiher für 7€/Tag parken. Trotzdem sehr schöner Urlaub.
