You’ll find plenty of space (240 square meters), even for a large family (accommodates 12 people and 3 toddlers up to age 3 in cribs). The furnishings are modern, stylish, and very tasteful. Light colors, a Nordic style, and high-quality materials give the house character and charm. Life here unfolds across three floors. On the first floor, the open, fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, large glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave) opens onto the spacious dining area in the dining room. The beautiful old wooden table is perfect for more than just meals. The bright front porch serves as a large living area. Here, you’ll find a cozy seating area, a huge flat-screen TV, a modern gas fireplace (operated by remote control), and a beautiful view of the garden (with access to the patio). A bedroom with an en suite shower room and a guest restroom (with washer and dryer) complete the first floor. The beautiful, old staircase leads you to the second floor. Here you’ll find three fully furnished bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a large wellness bathroom with a shower and sauna—a real highlight, especially during the colder months. In the converted attic, two additional bedrooms offer a cozy place to relax. Here, too, the double box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) ensure a restful night’s sleep. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. For our younger guests, we provide travel cribs and high chairs.


Located far from the hustle and bustle on the outskirts of the seaside resort of Bansin, our Adlerhorst vacation home awaits you. Set on a spacious, fenced-in lot (2,400 square meters), right next to a beautiful beech forest, you’ll find plenty of space here. The garden offers countless cozy nooks and, like the large, sunny terrace, invites you to relax. The beautiful house (240 square meters), built in the 1930s, has been extensively renovated and equipped with the latest in comfort and technology. Charming, stylish living is guaranteed here starting in early July 2016. With its 6 bedrooms, it accommodates 12 adults and 3 small children—an ideal vacation destination for families, friends, or small travel groups! Pets are also welcome (upon request). Ample parking is available at the house. The beach and the center of the seaside resort of Bansin are within walking distance (approx. 1,000 m).
