Nice, clean rooms, shower and friendly staff. Buffet had limited vegetarian/vegan choices. No hot items. Bathroom doors should have locks for family to use it.

The airport shuttle was above and beyond excellent. When I called from the airport for a pickup the driver came very fast. Some of the other people waiting to be picked up by their hotels were amazed at how fast I was picked up. Some even made the comment "wow, I should have stayed at your hotel" I told the driver that I had a fairly early morning flight out of country. She said would you like to check in and then I will take you to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner, then pick you up to take you back to the hotel. Of course I said yes, and driver was like a tour guide driving me by some restaurants and asking me what I would like. I went in and got the food, paid the bill and within seconds my driver was waiting for me outside to take me back to the hotel. Amazing! Breakfast in the AM was wonderful and my ride back to the airport was waiting on me. Rook was very clean and very comfortable. Desk clerk could not have been nicer.

I stayed at this hotel during a five-day work trip to Reston, Virginia, and had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I want to give a special shoutout to Aiden, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed — from giving me a ride to Target to patiently helping with a key switch. He was polite, professional, and truly an asset to the Hampton Inn & Suites team!

The rooms were clean and spacious, which was great. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. I really liked the property overall—it felt safe, which is especially important when traveling with kids. The location is very convenient: it's close to restaurants, about 30 minutes from DC, and just 10 minutes from the airport. There's also a large Target with a CVS nearby, which was super handy if you're traveling with kids.
