We enjoy staying here. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast has a pretty good selection. Ricardo is always very helpful at the front desk.

Arrived to find parking lot not plowed. Room on second floor, around back. Difficult to navigate with luggage to room and no elevator. Stairs not a problem on own but with 3 kids and wife + all the luggage and ice/snow, a nightmare. We get into room and set everything down and a rat or XL mouse goes running from under the couch to the kitchen and disappears. Needless to say we lugged everything back to the truck, headed to the office, asked for a refund and booked a room elsewhere.

I was assigned a room at the very far end of the property. I had to push my heavy bag for a very long distance. It was dark and I was unable to locate my room. After complaining I was given a room on the 2nd floor! I had to carry my bad (30kg) to the upper floor. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Amenities were fine, it was nice having a full kitchen and living space and staff was friendly. However our room STANK of stale cigarettes and weed. The breakfast was good though it was a decent walk from our room outside to the main area and gym, which would’ve been fine except it was super cold over the winter. Gym was great, loved that part. Parking was limited.

The room was clean and comfortable for sleeping. There were no rooms above us so it was very quiet as well. I also appreciate the heater in the bathroom. Will likely stay again when visiting this area if it remains budget friendly.
