Rooms were clean but very warm. We also couldn’t get the television to work. We were offered a room change which helped with the television issue and was slightly cooler. After the first night we found a fan available for use which solved that issue. We were concerned our first night because there was rap type music playing in the lobby but the rest of the stay the music was appropriate and pleasant. Staff were very efficient and hospitable.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, trotz der hohen Auslastung des Hotels, aufgrund der Handball-EM. DZ gebucht, sehr klein, Betten ok. Jedoch wurde unser Zimmer in den 4 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Das Hotel ist sehr lieblos erbaut und liegt außerhalb von Herning im Niemandsland. Frühstück ausreichend. Etwas unpersönlich für meinen Geschmack, da Vieles digital erledigt werden muss/ kann.
