Poor service and invisible management

Nightmare service and hospitality. Upon check-in immediately proceeded to check-out. Poor service, poor quality room poor amenities. No answers to any inquiries and no follow-up by management. Not sure how this hotel is still operational. Management and ownership invisible, poorly staffed and unqualified personnel to answer inquiries and requests. Avoid it

ma Soeur et moi avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel Meropi. L’accueil, l’ambiance, le personnel, petit clin d’œil à « Yana » Qui s’est très bien occupé de nous durant notre séjour. Elle a vraiment été au petit soins. Les repas étaient bons et variés. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre supérieure Disposant d’une terrasse et une piscine c’était vraiment génial. Génial je recommande cet hôtel à 1000%.
