ALL BRAND NEW and fully-furnished property (62 sqm internal and 26 sqm external veranda) with 3 beds in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for children only and a brand new lock up garage. You can dine outside on the veranda overlooking 60 sqm of nicely landscaped gardens. Located 350 metres away from the beach and Esplanade. The property is situated in the suburb of Scarness which has a great range of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is approximately 6kms long with lovely sand and calm waters. The local Woolworths and Coles are about 1 km away and Stocklands shopping centre is 2 kms away and you can get a bus from outside of the property. Hervey Bay is very flat and great for walking and cycling. It has a shared pedestrian/cycle path which runs for about 15 kms along the waters edge.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit in Scarness, Hervey Bay. The place was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Our host was excellent – friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay.The unit offered great security with a lock-up garage and secure yard, which gave us real peace of mind. It was lovely and quiet, perfect for relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor entertainment area with its BBQ setup – ideal for evening meals.Overall, this unit is a gem in Hervey Bay, with short walk to beach, shops and endless restaurants, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay

Outstanding! Gorgeous well appointed and surprisingly spacious home, with everything you could ask for and more. Lovely and clean, pictures don't do it justice. So quiet and private, yet so close to everything. The hosts have thought of everything and are incredibly welcoming and generous, yet also very respectful of guests' privacy. So many extra thoughtful touches to make visitors welcome, often overlooked by other hosts. Absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely Outstanding — Our Best Holiday Stay Yet!This was, without a doubt, the best holiday rental we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything we could have possibly needed had already been thought of — the attention to detail was exceptional.Our wonderful hosts, Iain and Pla, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always one step ahead in anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive.The unit itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great places to eat. One of our favourite features was the private outdoor living area, which we thoroughly enjoyed, especially when we hosted a lovely family BBQ during our stay.We truly can’t recommend this place highly enough.
