Perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen

Phillipe und Maryline Bailly sind wunderbare Gastgeber, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem, was so braucht gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind kleine Oasen der Ruhe und mit Geschmack dem Haus entsprechend eingerichtet, die Küche ist auf dem aktuellen Stand und das Wohnzimmer gemütlich. Die WLAN-Versorgung ist sehr gut und stabil. Das Bad könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, ist aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen Garten, der mit genutzt werden kann. Die Infrastruktur erfordert, dass man bereit ist, zu fahren. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 3km entfernt, ein gutes Restaurant im Umkreis von 10km nicht zu finden. Aber Reims ist nahe. Phillipe liebt seine Mühle, die er nach und nach in Eigenleistung renoviert und die ein wirkliches Schmuckstück ist. Für alle, die aus Deutschland anreisen: man sollte einige Worte Französisch sprechen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super!

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus. So richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Es liegt auf einem riesigen Gelände zusammen mit einer alten Mühle die ein Industriedenkmal ist und vollständig erhalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr freundlich und hat uns eine Führung durch die Mühle mit seinem kleinen Privatmuseum gegeben. Ein illuminiertes und mit Musik untermaltes in Szene setzen der Mühle hat er auch extra für uns vorgeführt. Fantastisch! Als Willkommensgeschenk haben wir selbstgemachte Marmelade und leckere Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten bekommen. Eine der schönsten persönlichen Begegnungen in unseren bisherigen Urlauben.

Ruime woning met een enthousiaste gastheer

Een ruim verblijf voor 6 personen eventueel tot max. 8 pers., met een badkamer (zonder toilet) en nog een aparte douchecabine en een apart toilet. Buiten netjes geasfalteerd. Achter een tuinbank (te bereiken via de garage) met zicht op een ruime tuin. De 2-persoonsbedden zijn niet al te breed en lang. De eigenaar is enthousiast, belangstellend en behulpzaam, hij verzorgt graag een rondleiding door de tegenoverstaande molen. In de directe omgeving valt niet zo veel te beleven. Wanneer je tussen de 25 en 100 km (enkele reis) per dag reist, zijn er wel diverse mogelijkheden zoals de stad Reims, Verdun, de Champagne-streek en de Franse Ardennen. Zwemgelegenheden buiten zijn er beperkt in deze omgeving.

Toller Urlaub, tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber

Wir waren zu zweit für drei Wochen im September 2019 zu Gast in diesem Gite. Das Haus ist Teil eines Ensembles um die alte Mühle herum. Es ist perfekt eingerichtet mit großzügigen Schlafzimmern, einer kompletten Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und dem bequemen Wohnzimmer. Sogar eine eigene Garage mit Zugang zum Haus gibt es. Als die warmen Tage vorbei waren, hat die Fußbodenheizung im unteren Bereich, die Wohnung gemütlich aufgewärmt. Auch die weitere technische Ausstattung ist top mit einem riesigen Fernseher und einem Induktionsherd. Die Lage ist zum Besuch von Reims und Epernay perfekt, auch wenn es nicht mitten in den Weinbergen der Champagne gelegen ist. Aber wer sich nicht scheut, ein bisschen weiter zu fahren, der findet viel: Charleville-Mezieres, Chateau Sedan, Verdun mit seinen beeindruckenden Gedenkstätten, das Märchenschloss von Pierrefonds oder die wundervolle Anlage von Chateau Chantilly. Troyes bietet nicht nur eine wundervolle mittelalterliche Altstadt, in der man toll essen gehen kann, sondern auch ein Outlet-Center, das an regnerischen Tagen zum shoppen einlädt. Unser Gastgeber Philippe hat unseren Urlaub mit seiner Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft veredelt. Für uns hat er seine Deutsch Kenntnisse aus dem Schrank geholt und zusammen mit meinem verblichenen Schul Französisch hatten wir viel Spaß bei unseren Unterhaltungen. Die Vip-Tour durch die Mühle war ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Es ist perfekt als Unterkunft und als Stützpunkt, um sowohl die französischen Ardennen als auch die nördliche Champagne zu erkunden und Abstecher in die Picardie zu unternehmen. Cher Philippe, merci beaucoup pour tout. Tout le meilleur pour vous et votre famille!

Very good

We had a very nice stay at the cottage of the Moulin d'Heutrėgiville. It is spotlessly clean and the bedrooms are very spacious. The weather was lovely so we had dinner on the terrace every night. And the hosts, Philippe and his wife, are very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed Philippe's tour in and around the old mill. We would definitely recommend it.
