Was pleased with the room I was given. I had stayed at this hotel once before and I like it for its convenience off the interstate. My only complaint would be that I could hear guests in the next room. It was late and I was eager to get a good nights sleep however once I turned on my noise machine, all was better. Microwave was making an annoying clicking sound. Not sure what the deal was but I unplugged it and all was quiet. Room was clean and cozy and I really enjoyed the bathtub, something you don’t find in many hotels anymore. I will stay here again.

Frankly the hotel was very poorly managed the rooms were in very poor condition. Bare Electric wires sticking out of the wall unscrewed chair seat falling off chair soiled bench cushion paint flaking off wall in bathroom first room they gave us 52 degrees and heating out of service issues other issues were from 2nd room and the front desk said it was a good room like one of there best??? Also pictures missing from wall with screws sticking out. We have been to several microtel hotels in past always good but this is a disaster. Also front desk unprofessional they claimed i hadn’t paid through you made me pay again in The morning i got that changed with morning attendant. But they were poorly dressed unprofessional actually the girl had a pull over sweat shirt that you could smell BO😕 I am so surprised hotels. Com had a good rating for them. I did not voice my issues with the hotel because they were not professional and i knew it was hopeless. It comes down to a very poorly managed who cares attitude at this location. David

First, I want to say that the rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was accommodating. We happened to have an issue where we had a jacuzzi room but the jacuzzi did not work. Also, we were on the first floor, and I think a family of horses must have been in the room above us stomping around all night. Around midnight, they used their jacuzzi, which was very noisy. It was so bad that we had to request another room. The desk clerk (sorry I did not get her name) was very kind and moved us to another room. I will be willing to stay again if we come back through.

The front desk was helpful and gave us a refund when we brought up the issues that were in our 3rd floor room. The room had the following issues. The bathroom tub had a large hole on the side, like some one kicked it. The room was missing the smoke detector and had exposed wires. The carpet was real dirty along with the cushion by the window. The bed mattress's were extremely worn and so was the linen. We did not see bed bugs but when a beetle type of bug started to cross the sheets in the one queen. We decided to leave. Also the hallway by the elevator on the 3rd floor had a odor.

I have been staying there for years, the staff is always great, but this trip had a few problems. It looked like somebody threw up on the drapes. The coffee machine was broken, and the guy who buys the toilet paper for Microtel should be fired. How much money do you save buying one ply toilet paper?
