Hotel decadente. As fotos do site enganam muito. O quarto não é apenas rústico, é velho e sem estrutura. A porta de vidro da sacada não fecha, no banheiro tinha um rodo, para secar o banheiro inteiro pois o “box” não tinha saída caída para a agua ir para o ralo. As cortinhas velhas e rasgadas não eram suficientes para vedar a entrada de luz… enfim… muito ruim. Nos sentimos roubados pelo preço que pagamos para as 3 noites que ficamos. Nós só não fomos para outro lugar porque a cidade estava lotada em razão da moto GP.

O quarto infelizmente continha mofo no teto e cupins também. O box do banheiro, por não ter degrau e também não ter porta, saia água pelo banheiro. Menos mal que havia um rodo para que pudéssemos ficar puxando a água que saia pelo box de volta. A sensação que deu foi que o lugar possui um excelente potencial, mas que falta um pouco mais de zelo para manter os quartos com pleno funcionamento. O local é bem rústico e imersivo quanto ao contato com a natureza, que é um ponto bem positivo. Apesar do quarto que nos foi ofertado ter esses problemas, os funcionários sempre foram bem solícitos para sanar os problemas. Infelizmente, problemas como cupim no teto (que tornava o quarto sujo devido a poeira de madeira deixado por eles) não havia muito o que ser feito. Entretanto, assim que foi liberado um quarto a equipe do hotel pôde nos transferir para um quarto melhor. Em resumo: Provavelmente voltarei, acredito que, infelizmente, foi apenas um azar do quarto que estava nestas situações, pois por parte da equipe, conforto oferecido e limpeza do local, com certeza darei uma segunda chance. A troca de quarto foi fundamental para melhorar a avaliação do local, assim como a disponibilidade e cordialidade por parte de todos os funcionários.

Cheiro de mofo forte no quarto, muitos insetos mortos pelo chão do quarto e banheiro, portas do quarto ( 3) duas de vidro e uma de madeira com fretas enorme possibilitando a passagem de insetos, falta de tela na janela do banheiro onde permitia a entrada de lagartixas e insetos voadores.

O ambiente no geral parece precisar de mais manutenção e limpeza. Porém o ponto baixo da nossa hospedagem foi quando no segundo dia passamos por um constrangimento no Restaurante ao afirmarem que nossa diária não daria direito ao café da manhã. Depois de algum tempo procurando o recibo de reserva, localizaram no sistema do Restaurante que de fato o café estava incluso na hospedagem, porém foi bastante constragedora a situação.

Razoável, acho que deveria ter mais privacidade nas divisas entre um quarto e outro, vi uma barata saindo do frigobar, solicitamos limpeza no quarto e não o fizeram, a caldeira q aquece as piscinas fica próximo ao quarto e faz muito barulho quando está ligada.

Ambiente ótimo pra descanso

Atendimento Maravilhoso, os funcionários pelo menos o dia que fiquei super educados e prestativos! Pecou muito na manutenção do local, hidromassagem tive que solicitar alguém pra arrumar pq estourou o cano de água, Wi-Fi oscila muito, ralo do banheiro entupido e caso queira a hidromassagem de noite a água é só fria, lâmpadas da área externa queimada. Porém lugar lindo pra descanso voltarei sim outras vezes, apesar de tudo na manutenção eles arrumaram após eu entrar em contato.
