The 2‑acre grounds feature a covered pavilion with an oversized fireplace that is currently out of order, a comfortable outdoor living room with plush couches and captain’s chairs, and a 16‑person dining table. A separate fire‑pit invites s’mores and storytelling. Two creeks converge into a private pond, perfect for salamander spotting or quiet reflection. Bear‑proof trash cans are provided; please lock all food inside the home to keep wildlife safe.



Kitchen & dining

A fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and utensil you might need, from an Insta‑Pot to a mixology bar, plus a breakfast bar that seats three. The formal indoor dining room seats eight, while the outdoor deck accommodates sixteen diners. High‑speed internet and multiple smart TVs are placed throughout for entertainment and work.

Pet policy

House basics

Hair dryers, organic shampoo and conditioner, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry supplies are provided. Check‑in is key‑code enabled for 24‑hour access; early check‑in or late check‑out may incur an additional fee. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM, and no more than ten cars may be on the property at one time.
