The suite was spacious for all of us to stretch out. Both pools (inside &outside) were clean and open. Breakfast was served everyday with great options, plenty of seating for all the guests.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The two bedroom condo with kitchen was perfect since we had two grandchildren with us. The pool and hot tub were really nice at the end of fun filled days. The property is dated, but quiet, clean, and well maintained. Two lights were burned out in our condo, but promptly replaced by maintenance. We found the staff to be extremely cheerful, helpful and professional. The breakfast service was regularly filled and the area kept cleaned. The gift shop was a nice & fun addition to our stay experience. Will definitely stay again!

The carpet didn't looked vacuumed and no one came for mid stay service to take out the trash or change sheets as normally accustomed to. This unit didn't have same perks as other. No kitchen towels or much for cooking meals. Still a convenient location for site seeing.

Two things I wish I realized before booking. 1. This property is NOT connected to the same building as the pool or the breakfast. You need to walk outside. 2. The breakfast was a Jimmy Deans microwave sandwich, cereal with carafe milk, juice, and a prepackaged Danish pastry. We didn't have hot water day one but the facility fixed that by end of day. The room was nice and clean. We had a full kitchen with basic cookware, living room and two bedrooms. The pool was big, clean, and there were a lot of towels. The outside pool was out of service for the season but looked like it was well kept.

This was our third time staying at this location, and will stay again soon. Great pool and hot tub. Breakfast is better than most, serving eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereals, toast, muffins, waffles, yogurt and fruits. Hill City is a great small town.
