The shower was floor leaked and I was forced to get another room , as I was in the shower. I had a handicap bathroom suite and was downgraded. No handicap accessible bathroom or sofa, like the one I booked. My niece and I had to share a bed. So disappointed

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was the outlets, they must need to be updated as they would not work with our chargers they were very loose. And one other thing are the doors are extremely heavy.

We checked in and asked for room service while there. The room was also humid and hot on check-in. The thermostat read 60 degrees but the temperature was actually around 70-75 degrees. This was after 30 days without ran in Ohio so there was no reason for the room to be humid. We talked to the front desk they said they'd have maintenance look at it. 3 days later the room was still hot and humid. Stacked on with the motion sensor on the thermostat it would be become even hotter making it difficult to sleep. We left 3 days into our 6 day stay. Not once did room service come clean our room. Not even just emptying the trash. Room was clean on check-in and unless you had the fan on you can hear the highway.
