Snowed up and there was used condoms on the bed, tobacco, spittoons everywhere, used blankets towels, and sheets all over the floors, reeked of smoke, the door was wide open and unlocked, the front desk stated that they had no reservation for us. absolutely impossible to get a refund it’s been almost two weeks now. What an absolute nightmare five hours on the phone and still no full refund.
