The staff was wonderful, we loved the location, quiet but 10 minutes drive to everywhere we wanted to go. If we ever need a hotel in Bluffton again I would happily stay there again

Roaches. I know down south it is expected. There were roaches behind our microwave, refrigerator, walls in the bathroom. Woke up in the middle of the night to get a drink and there was a roach on my cup. Talked to the staff and they said there wasn't anything they could do. They did refund up. The hotel was run down on top, but the infestation of roaches did us in. Do NOT go here!

The staff is excellent! I had a room that was permeated with cat odor, & I am highly allergic to cats. I did ask the next morning for a room change but they were booked. I went out & brought alot of sprays (air sanitizers) & had to buy alot of allergy medications luckily I didnt have to use my Epi pen

We checked out early, leaving behind the last nights deposit. They had sprayed some chemicals during the day… the hallway and room spilled like a chemical plant, my children had an immediate respiratory reaction. Needed to attended to my children respiratory issues and find other accommodations rather than fight with Expedia or Hotel management. Lesson learned!
