Nice stay again.

Stayed here before, would stay again. Room was updated and clean. Tub needs updating just a permanent covering over an old worn tub, staff very nice, powdered eggs not great and needs more pots in kitchenette, pool towels offered and great location, beds were really comfortable.

Squeaky doors suck

Exit door squeaks loudly. Our room was right next to that door. Had to listen to that all night. A little wd40 would work wonders

The rooms were very clean. The loft room was unique. The property was close to the Harbour Lighthouse and Coligny Beach park. The hotel attendants did did give you a warm friendly greeting. That would of helped out a lot. When quest has traveled hours to get there and your attitude is not that pleasant at all. I had to break the ice then it got better. Expect a lot of kids in the pool area. The loft has two nice bathrooms. The hotel is back in a secluded area. You are charged a 100.00 deposit after leaving they will put it back on your credit card with 3 to 5 business days. The breakfast was good and filling. I was on the 3rd floor and it was quite. They do NOT come and clean your room or bring towels. You go to the front desk for towels. Doe the most part the stay was not bad it was a positive experience.

Location is very close to everything. There is no room service. You leave your towels in the hallway and go down to the front desk to pick up clean towels. The security doors to the floors are not locked like they should be. Coffee is out 24 hours. Some breakfast mornings have a better selection than others. The major problem was a staff member. She was very rude and unwelcoming when we checked in. We explained that there would be a service dog with us. She wanted to question what the dog was with us for, and what kind of medical condition did the person have? One of us lost a room key twice. The second time the same lady told us she wasn’t giving us another key. She would let him in the hallway, but she was not opening up the door. He did finally get in. I suggest front desk training for new hires be required. Had we been greeted in a polite welcoming way our whole perspective of the stay at the hotel would have been more positive. Because of her, we wouldn’t stay again. I read other reviews that also spoke of the staff at the front desk. The evening staff was much more professional.
