Hotel wouldn't check us in till 2.5 hours AFTER check in because they didn't have the room ready. By the time we got keys it was 6:30pm. The beach access elevator was broken and there was no other beach access unless we walked for almost 45 min to get there. The room was OK, but the fact that we could not get keys till 6:30 ruined the balcony sunset we paid extra for. The restaurant was freezing cold, the food was mediocre and expensive, they also charged my card nemourous times for the same thing, and put over $400 in hold on my card, pulls charged well over what anything said during booking. Horrible experience, and we drove from Utah to the east coast so we've stayed on many hotels this month and this one was one of the worse experiences of our way coast trip!!

We had to vacate he hotel at 5 in the morning for a potential fire. There was no fire. He alarm was sounded but no one came on an intercom to report what was happening or what we were to do. We saw one staff member !

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We paid $5,730 in advance for two separate rooms for a 7 night vacation. We were very disappointed for several reasons. 1) Regular guest rooms are not separated from wedding party guests. We were disturbed on our first two nights until 3:30am by rowdy wedding guests. The noise from wedding guests after midnight was so annoying that we asked for and received compensation. 2) Many of the amenities featured in promo photos do not exist in reality. We identified 15 promo photos of poolside, dining and relaxing areas that are either photoshopped or do not exist. 3) The pool deck chairs are old, worn and quite uncomfortable, and not as per the promo photos. 4) The hotel is in need of maintenance. There is peeling paint, rust stains and water damage throughout the hotel. 5) The hotel needs more regular and thorough cleaning. The same Cheerios were on the dining floor and rubbish in the hallway, both for three days running. 6) There are very few spaces for guests to relax during inclement weather that aren’t noisy or cold. The aircon in some areas is so cold that staff wear jackets. 7) In reality, there is only one bar. If the weather is inclement, it is cold and windy, and closes early. Two other bars are are only open for limited hours. This hotel pays lip service to guest comfort and enjoyment. The senior management that we spoke with were not client-focused and dismissed our complaints with glib responses.

The elevator was not working on several floors, room service guy made the bed with the same linen from the night before did not dust or mop the room but charges for room service per day you at the resort. Receptionist charged me twice I booked online with Expedia already paid in full & tuned around and charged me again! Causing the back to lock my card for 24 hours!!!
